FEES & BILLING

At Total Ostomy Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional care for our patients. We offer free consultations with Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to those who purchase their ostomy supplies through our clinic. Since we are a private clinic, we do not receive any government funding and are unable to bill to Medical Services Plan (MSP) or most extended health care plans for NSWOC consultations.

  • We understand that managing an ostomy can be complex, which is why we offer something more than just supplies. While any pharmacy or medical supply store in BC can provide ostomy products, what sets us apart is the expert care we offer. Our NSWOCs are available to provide the support, advice, and care you need—whether you’re new to ostomy care or a long-time patient. Our nurses uphold the highest professional standards, ensuring you only receive the supplies that are right for you—nothing more, nothing less.

  • We are pleased to offer direct billing to Pharmacare for eligible patients.

    For Extended Health Care Plans (such as Blue Cross, Great West Life), please include your Pharmacare receipts when submitting your claim forms to your insurance provider.
